They are very greedy to the point that they cut happy hour a day short!!! Instead of Monday through Friday it’s only Monday through Thursday and it’s only 3 hours! Plus they charge their own guests $40 for an umbrella on the beach and they collect the seats at 5 pm!!! That’s fucking ridiculous!!

Loved the area since it’s not built up with other hotels, condos, etc! Wonderful staff, cleanliness and beach access. Bonus of free water bottles & cookies! Did not like policy of 2 beach chair per room not per occupancy/wrist band since paying additional mandatory reservation fee!!

This Resort is absolutely stunning!!! Everything about it was perfect, my husband and I could not have had a better stay anywhere. The staff was always friendly and super accomodating. The hotel was so beautiful and anything that we needed was provided. This resort is perfect for anyone, families or a couples get away. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!!!!

There was a leak in the shower through the wall which flooded with water coming up through the room living area floor . No info about hotel services or restaurant hours in the room and were not given to us at check in . Concierge service which was part of the resort fee was very lacking . Beds were not as comfortable as should have been. Beds at the Way hotel in Hampton Beach were amazingly comfortable with the room there a fraction of the cost . Half the towels in the room were good and half given were rough. We had to search for the cleaning staff to get toilet paper . Resort was pretty and parking attendants were excellent but we had to pay extra for that . I feel I should get half of my money back for the resort fee due to these issues at the least and a future 3 night stay credit.

We were given a handicapped room as an upgrade but were not told that it had no closet! We had to call twice to get a rolling rack brought up. At lunch in the Drift Restaurant we were served a very sub-standard hamburger & cold fries. The property itself is beautiful & directly on the ocean.

My wife and I waited 1 hour after check in time for our room. We arrived at 3 pm but were not able to get into our room until 5 pm. The Manager (Taz) checked us in and mentioned that her IT department was working on the TV in the room. She said she was going to have the General Manager reach out to me as I requested. I never heard from either. Extremely disappointing for a $500 overnight.

Me and my husband stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time.
The room was nice and clean and the staff was great at restocking the room every day.
The food at The Drift restaurant and the hotel bars was good and the wait staff were very attentive.

We had a get away weekend, hotel was wonderful. We had a water front room that was amazing. Beach was beautiful.
